Remanufactured Engines

We specialize in remanufactured engines for Case, Deere, Cummins B-Series, CAT and Komatsu. We remanufacture your engine to exact specifications.

• Core is stripped, baked at 800 degrees, washed in acid and pressure washed. The block, crank, rods and head(s) are magnafluxed.
• New internal engine components including pistons, sleeves, rings, rod and main bearings and upper and lower gaskets.
• Plus designated remanufactured engines include new oil pump, oil cooler and water pump.
• Remanufacture the head including new valves, keepers and springs. Valve seats are machined.
• Regrind your crank or replace at slight up charge.
• Regrind and re-harden your camshaft or replace at slight up charge. New bearings are installed with camshaft.
• Your remanufactured engine made to exacting specifications as determined by the O.E.M., painted and shipped by commercial carrier.
• You receive a 6 month parts only warranty with your new DEPCO remanufactured engine.

We charge a core deposit on all remanufactured engines unless we are remanufacturing your core. Core deposits vary by engine. 50% of the core charge is refundable within 30 days of receipt of your core even if your core is un-useable. 100% refundable on useable cores.

We pay freight on all incoming cores. You pay freight on the remanufactured engine back to your facility.
